Brent Henderson
Australian squire Patton Boggs has hired construction partner Brent Henderson in his Sydney office. He came from DWF, where he served as Principal Attorney in Sydney for more than two years.
Henderson has experienced construction and infrastructure projects and advises on the initial feasibility phase, tender documentation, procurement processes and contract negotiations. His specialization serves clients in the public and private sector, including owners and buyers, contractors and subcontractors, insurers, tenants and financiers, with controversial and non-controversial needs.
