ONE Vermont Johnson was born to South carolina to study at Clemson UniversityHe received his degree in political science. Johnson’s studies later brought him up Charleston both his JD and his MBA at the Charleston Law school and Charleston College, respectively. During his law studies he was particularly interested in the legal questions of telemedicine and now regularly represents medical professionals at practice transfers, including doctors, dentists and veterinarians.
Outside of work, Johnson is an active community member. He volunteers at events such as Light the Night for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and Shuck Cancer for the American Cancer Society. He has been on the Board of Directors of the Charitable Society of since 2016 Charleston, an organization dedicated to local nonprofits like the Windwood Farm Home for Children and One80 Place. Johnson also organizes the annual reindeer run in collaboration with MUSC. In 2019, Johnson was inducted into the Forty Under 40 of the Charleston Regional Business Journal and for the Charleston Metro Charleston Chamber of Commerce leadership program.
