Eni says Del. Litigation Funder can’t keep away from sanctions
Law360 (May 12, 2021, 8:43 p.m. EDT) – Italian energy company Eni SpA has urged a federal judge in Delaware to sanction a litigation financier for failing to comply with discovery orders related to an arbitration against Nigeria that harmed the oil giant.
