Fla. Robocall Law might spark a brand new wave of litigation

Duguid,[1] In the past legislature, Florida lawmakers passed a bill providing injured parties with an analogous and potentially more extensive independent private plea based on Florida state law.

Specifically, Florida lawmakers passed identical bills amending Florida Consumer Protection Act and the Florida Telemarketing Act, also known as Florida Mini-TCPA.[2]
