The China Business Law Journal has named Amgen’s acquisition of BeiGene and SINA Corporation as a merger and going private agreement with New Wave as its 2020 deals. Gibson Dunn advised Amgen and the SINA Corporation Special Committee on the deals. The full list was released on February 5, 2021.
