The prestigious Women in Business Law Awardspresents the winners of the Americas Awards on 2021 September 29, 2021.
As the travel restrictions in North and South America have not yet been lifted and our list of multinational winners is on both continents, we cannot host an all-inclusive gala dinner again this year as we had hoped. However, the Women in Business Law Awards are passionate about promoting diversity, equity and inclusion in the legal industry and we are excited to present this year’s winners on September 29th in a virtual ceremony.

While the legal community is typically portrayed as being conservative and in no rush to change with modern cultural norms, the legal community proves that this is an outdated description. There have been many pioneering companies promoting diversity, equity and inclusion. These awards also aim to promote the most notable achievements of the most inspiring female leaders in the industry.
Companies across America have taken a progressive stance on integral issues like tackling the gender pay gap, modernizing outdated work models, delivering tailored training and developing a healthier work-life balance. In support of those leading in these areas, we’re happy to share a preview of the 2021 shortlist for corporate initiatives.
