Both Narotzky and Pack, who join the firm from Maslon LLP, where they were partners, have extensive experience in product liability disputes, particularly in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.

Narotzky focuses her practice on product liability disputes with an emphasis on developing and monitoring strategies in relation to complex medical and technical problems. She defends major medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers in federal and state courts across the country. Narotzky has extensive experience in federal prevention and regulatory control of claims related to FDA-cleared medical devices.

In his practice, Pack focuses on pharmaceutical and medical device liability matters as well as complex business disputes, including litigation related to tribal states. He has extensive experience in litigation in cases involving FDA-regulated medical devices and in the application of the federal reserve for product liability claims. He maintains an active pro bono practice with a focus on representing asylum seekers fleeing persecution based on LGBTQ + sexual orientation and / or gender identity.
