Law360 (April 21, 2021, 3:03 p.m. EDT) – BigLaw firm Greenberg Traurig LLP announced on April 15 the hiring of a new shareholder for its litigation and litigation practices from its Miami office.
Business lawyer Joe Mamounas is moving from the international company Holland & Knight LLP to Greenberg Traurig. Before that, he was also a partner at Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod LLP in Miami.
Mamounas supports clients in the private equity, manufacturing, telecommunications and infrastructure sectors through arbitration, internal investigations and compliance matters.
In particular, he works with plaintiffs in commercial disputes and agency violations, including international affairs in Spain and Latin America.
