Pursuant to announcement No. 1172 dated October 31, 2017 in relation to major shareholders, the BANK of Greenland hereby announces that the Board of Directors has received full powers to use at the ordinary general meeting of BANK of Greenland on March 24, 2021, which is 31.93 Percent of corresponds to the company’s share capital or 574,800 shares.

March 24, 2021 At the end of the Annual General Meeting, the voting rights of the Board of Directors expire in accordance with the powers of attorney.
