Peacock joins the firm as a partner and leader of the London Arbitration Group. “His international portfolio will strengthen our dispute resolution offering in the global arbitration market,” said Nick Perry, managing partner and head of the London office.
Peacock has extensive experience in technology and communications, financial services, and energy and utilities. He brings more than 20 years of experience as a consultant and lawyer in arbitration proceedings in Europe, Africa and Asia.
Bird & Bird says his hiring is part of an expansion program to establish the company as a leader in dispute resolution and arbitration in London and internationally. Other positions Peacock held at HSF were Head of International Arbitration Practice in Singapore and Co-Chair of the Nordic Group.
Peacock is part of the India Business Law Journal’s 2021 edition of the International A-List, which identifies the best foreign legal professionals for India.
