Law360 (Aug 26, 2021, 4:10 p.m. EDT) – Indianapolis-based Ice Miller LLP announced that it has partnered two experienced business law attorneys in its Chicago office.
Yankun Guo joined Ice Miller on Tuesday after a stint at boutique Goldstein & McClintock, while Mark Kromkowski joined McGuireWoods last month after 14 years.
Kromkowski told Law360 on Thursday that he decided to join the firm based on his previous experience with the founders of the Chicago office and their desire to provide the same level of service as a larger firm to medium-sized private equity clients while remaining affordable decided.
