BALTIMORE–(BUSINESS WIRE) – Nemphos Braue, a boutique corporate and business law firm with extensive big law experience, has added two additional team members: Vinay K. Sharma as Corporate Associate and Suzanne Reisig-Olden as Corporate Paralegal. With transactions ranging from independent sponsors, venture capital and private equity deals to multi-million dollar roll-ups, as well as business structuring and daily advice to a growing number of clients in the Mid Atlantic and beyond, that expands Company its business team.

Vinay K. Sharma, Corporate Associate

Vinay K. Sharma joined Nemphos Braue as a Corporate Associate in May 2021, assisting clients’ legal needs, ranging from negotiations and agreements to sophisticated mergers and acquisitions to financial transactions involving equity and debt financing and complex business structures. Mr. Sharma is able to handle a wide range of corporate and commercial law issues, including corporate governance and business law.

Prior to joining Nemphos Brow, Mr. Sharma was vice president and corporate counsel of a national hotel development and management company, advising on multi-million dollar real estate transactions and negotiating and drafting numerous sales and purchase agreements, leases and related loan documents. Due to his previous experience, Mr. Sharma is familiar with labor and labor law, the settlement of disputes before litigation and franchise law. “With in-house experience, Vinay can really connect with our corporate client,” said Nemphos. “He’s a great addition to the team.”

Mr. Sharma was admitted to the Maryland bar and received his Juris Doctor from the Washington College of Law at the American University in Washington, DC in 2016, where he also served as a student attorney at the Community and Economic Development Clinic, serving small and nonprofit businesses. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Mr. Sharma serves on the Advisory Board of the Maryland Chapter of Best Buddies International. He speaks conversation in Hindi and Urdu.

Suzanne Reisig-Olden, Corporate Paralegal

Nemphos Braue’s legal assistant, Suzanne Reisig-Olden, joined the firm in May 2021 and brought both law firms and internal experience in various areas of activity such as franchise law, intellectual property, contracts, real estate and real estate law with her. She will provide legal services to Nemphos Braue clients and work with attorneys to assist entrepreneurs and incumbents with the creation and processing of records, transaction outcomes, government follow-ups, trademark filings and other corporate records.

Ms. Reisig-Olden previously provided in-house legal services for Sandler Systems, Inc., drafting franchise agreements, amendments, renewals and disclosures, and filing and maintaining intellectual property such as copyrights and trademarks for both the US and internationally.

In her previous roles with other law firms, she worked on corporate governance issues and prepared documents for contracts, subcontracts, purchase / sale agreements and employment contracts. She supported lawyers in the preparation and completion of documents, which included settlements, pleadings, wills, powers of attorney and advance directives.

Ms. Reisig-Olden graduated summa cum laude from Stevenson University with a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies.
