This was announced by Minden Gross LLP. Holly Elich joined the firm as an associate in their business law group.
The company’s press release stated that Elich will assist clients with corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, financings and reorganizations. She also maintains a general corporate practice that includes assisting clients in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, corporate structuring and corporate governance issues.
Elich received a BA in Political Science from York University (2014) and a Masters in Political Science from Queen’s University in 2015. She holds a Doctorate in Law from the University of Windsor (2019).
