Ought to I give energy of lawyer to somebody (I am 46)? | cash
I read the Sunday Times interview with Kate Garraway about the terrible time she had since her husband became greedy. She tried to get access to his bank accounts to manage his affairs. Now I worry that I should have a power of attorney for myself (I’m 45 and in good health) and my husband. I also keep telling my mother to have one who is 76 years old, but she refuses to talk about death or the idea of getting sick. Does anyone have any advice?
