Does anyone know of an office in KM with an address that processes power of attorney forms?
This would be specific to banking. Many Thanks.

We had to prepare power of attorney documents several times for our company registration and subsequent administrative functions, but I don’t remember ever requiring certification or any other official thing – and I believe you are looking for certification.
Self-written, signed and stamped A4, and our bank and other offices agreed to it.
But maybe your purpose for it is different, and it requires notarization – or even legalization elsewhere if it’s an international purpose.
For some personal documents that require authentication, we have used the following office:

A power of attorney for overseas banking would undoubtedly need to be notarized, but I need the document first. Surely it requires a specific form and not a handwritten A4?

In my experience, the form (at) is not that important as long as the text content contains all the required information in a readable form.
But I’m assuming you’ll be better off using a printout from Word or whatever than handwritten …

@Duke
Did you check with the bank to see if they have generic PA forms?
When I was young (in Canada) I worked in a bank and we had these things.

This will be a good backup plan, AlPage48 ..
First, I’ll try an online form, memory stick, print and notary in the office that JanJal recommended.
Thank you for the suggestion and good luck with your visa situation.
I’m still being deported sometime in this decade.
