Reclaiming proxy charges – the deadline is simply across the nook!

Anyone who paid to register their permanent power of attorney or permanent power of attorney between April 1, 2013 and March 31, 2017 has been overcharged because the fees were overstated. The fee should have covered the operating costs and therefore those who submitted claims between these dates are entitled to a refund. The recovery period ends on January 31st.

Figures released by Money Saving Expert say there are still 1.3 million people who have not yet applied for a refund. If you are one of them act fast as the deadline is on Sunday.
