Please note that according to the amendments to the Règlement sur la Formation des Avreaats, which came into force on April 1, 2019, the Barreau du Québec has the status of “approved provider” and the compulsory “recognition” of activities has been abolished.

Blakes will continue to send you a certificate of attendance for your records. As stipulated in the above regulation, members are required to retain supporting documents proving the completion of the training activities for a period of seven years starting on April 30th after the end of the reference period in which these activities were completed.
